At Life Coats (Pty) Ltd, we take pride in delivering long-lasting, premium-quality wall coating solutions. Our Gamazineand Granite wall coatings are manufactured to the highest standards and are designed to provide both durability and aesthetic appeal for years to come.

✅ Product Guarantee

• Coverage: This guarantee applies to all Life Coats branded Gamazine and Granite wall coating products.
• Duration: Life Coats products are manufactured to last and are backed by a 10-year performance guarantee, provided the product has been correctly applied as per our recommended guidelines.
• Application Requirements:
  • Products must be applied by trained Life Coats applicators or professionals following Life Coats' surface preparation and application instructions.
  • Use of complementary Life Coats materials (where applicable) is required for full guarantee coverage.
• Minimum Purchase Requirement:
  • The guarantee only applies to orders where the total invoice value exceeds R50,000 (including VAT).
  • Proof of purchase must be retained and presented when lodging a guarantee claim.
• Geographic Validity: This guarantee is valid for products purchased and applied within the Republic of South Africa.
• Exclusions:
  • Damage caused by structural defects, rising damp, cracks, movement in the substrate, or lack of maintenance.
  • Surfaces not properly prepared before application.
  • Natural disasters or severe weather conditions, including flooding and hail damage.
  • Damage caused by mechanical impact, chemical exposure, or inappropriate cleaning agents.
• Claims:
  • Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of noticing any defect.
  • Life Coats reserves the right to inspect the affected area before validating a claim.
  • In the case of a valid claim, Life Coats will supply replacement material, subject to a pro-rata deduction based on the elapsed time since application.

Life Coats (Pty) Ltd does not accept returns of any products under any circumstances. All sales are final. This includes over-ordered quantities, color mismatches after application, or changes in project requirements. We strongly advise confirming color, quantity, and suitability of the product prior to purchase.
